Girls on the Go (with Flo)
In the United States, many students miss school because
they cannot afford increasingly expensive period products.
This is a problem for 1 in 5 girls.
Some problem are hard to solve, but this one is easy!
As a non-profit organization, we simply give students in homeless shelters free period products. Doing so is proven to increase school attendance and boost mental health. Without these products, these students are stuck inside for days, every month. They miss class instruction, as well as their sports, part-time jobs, and time with friends.
